Fabletics is looking for a driven, highly organized Photo & Video Production Project Manager to join our Creative team. This newly created role offers a unique chance to build the playbook from the ground up, acting as the connective tissue across Photo & Video Production, eCommerce, Merchandising, Production, and Post Production teams.
Responsibilities
Process Development & Ownership
Assess current workflows and architect scalable project‑management processes for key content verticals (PDP video, PDP storytelling, Bundle requests, remerch requests, and ad‑hoc site changes).
Own the processes: implement, manage, and continuously iterate based on team feedback and business needs.
Develop intake systems, timelines, and accountability frameworks to bring clarity and consistency to photo and video requests end‑to‑end.
Identify and implement AI‑powered solutions to automate high‑frequency, repeatable tasks, and champion adoption of emerging AI tools and technologies.
Launch Readiness & Creative Accountability
Own launch readiness for all photo and video creative assets, ensuring no product launch goes live with missing, incomplete, or delayed creative.
Build and maintain visibility tools (trackers, dashboards, status reports) that give stakeholders real‑time confidence in asset status ahead of every launch.
Proactively flag risks, resolve blockers, and elevate issues to protect launch timelines across turn‑of‑month and campaign cycles.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
Partner with Project Managers across eCommerce, Merch, and Creative teams to align on launch calendars.
Manage resourcing requests from graphic design and copy teams, ensuring the right people are allocated to the right projects at the right time.
Serve as the primary liaison, escalating blockers proactively and ensuring deliverables land on time and on brand.
Post Production Partnership
Embed closely with the Post Production team to audit workflows, identify gaps, and co‑develop solutions that improve throughput and quality.
Act as a strategic thought partner, bringing best practices to help Post Production evolve as the business scales.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
5+ years of project‑management experience, ideally within a creative, production, or e‑commerce environment.
Proven track record of building and implementing processes from scratch.
Experience managing cross‑functional projects with multiple stakeholders across creative, merchandising, and digital teams.
Strong proficiency in Monday.com and/or Asana for project tracking and workflow management.
Familiarity with Frame.io for video review and approval workflows.
Working knowledge of Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive).
Exceptional communication skills — written, verbal, and the ability to read the room in any cross‑functional setting.
Bias toward action and a high tolerance for ambiguity; you don't wait to be told what to do next.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience at a DTC brand, fashion/apparel company, or high‑volume content studio.
Background working with or alongside photo and video production teams, Post Production, or content operations.
Familiarity with e‑commerce content workflows — PDPs, site merchandising, digital campaigns — is a major plus.
PMP certification or equivalent training is a plus but not required.
Experience managing agency or freelance creative resources.
Who You Are
A natural connector who builds trust quickly across teams and levels.
A systems thinker who can see the big picture and zoom in to manage details.
Obsessed with launch readiness — you take personal ownership to ensure every product launch has complete, on‑time creative.
An AI early adopter genuinely excited to explore, experiment, and drive change through technology.
Calm under pressure, bringing clarity and calm to high‑stakes launches and tight timelines.
Relentlessly curious, always asking “why does this work this way?” and “how can we make it better?”
A collaborative spirit who leads with empathy, but isn’t afraid to push back when it serves the team.
Someone who takes pride in making things work, and making them work better than before.
Has foundational AI literacy, including experience with generative AI tools, and a proactive mindset to experiment with new technologies.
