Задачи

Own the SEM landing page product roadmap, prioritizing features and experiments based on conversion impact, user experience, and marketing objectives.
Design and execute a continuous testing program, including A/B and multivariate tests, and drive rigorous analysis to inform product decisions.
Lead cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, SEO, Design, and Performance Marketing teams.
Manage the full product lifecycle for landing page features, from concept and user research through technical requirements, sprint planning, launch, and post-launch measurement.
Analyze performance data using SQL and analytics tools to identify friction points and growth opportunities.
Champion the user perspective while balancing business goals and marketing efficiency targets.
Communicate insights and progress to product leadership and marketing stakeholders.
Требования

3-5+ Years of hands‑on experience in product management, preferably in B2C tech, e‑commerce, or travel.
Proven ability to independently manage and ship product features in an agile environment.
Demonstrated experience owning product features from concept to launch, including backlog management and working with engineering squads.
Strong analytical skills with experience in A/B testing and data analysis.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Strong user empathy and passion for solving traveler problems.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Ability to thrive in a high‑ownership environment with minimal supervision.
