Contract Digital Marketing Associate (6 Month Contract)

Overview Engagement Type: 1099 Contract
Duration: 6 months with possibility of extension
We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Associate to join our Growth Marketing team on a full-time contract position
The growth marketing team is responsible for acquiring new customers and strategically deploying a multi-million dollar advertising budget
We work cross-functionally as a team to achieve growth and ROI goals, while building a culture of intellectual honesty, analytical rigor, collaboration, and entrepreneurialism
This is a hands-on, detail-intensive role in a regulated industry
Use Monday.com to manage creative requests with our in house video, design, copy, and compliance teams
Leverage Looker and Google Sheets to track channel performance
Responsibilities Build and deploy digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels such as Meta, YouTube, Search, and more
Coordinate with external ad vendors
Collaborate with our creative team to produce marketing materials that advance the Devoted brand and generate results
Ensure 100% compliant, error-free marketing materials
Qualifications 1 to 3 years of experience in digital marketing, marketing analytics, or marketing operations
Experience with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com or Asana)
Previous experience managing paid media campaigns and knowledge of the mar-tech ecosystem (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads Manager, Google Analytics, HubSpot, Google Tag Manager)
Extremely keen eye for detail with the ability to keep multiple projects organized and moving forward on schedule
Working knowledge of digital marketing measurement and optimization strategies and tools (e.g., A/B testing, attribution models, tracking pixels)
Collaborative team player with excellent communication skills
Flexible and willing to adapt approach based on performance and business goals
Persistence in problem-solving; willing to try things out and iterate to find solutions
Proactive, self-motivated learner who enjoys honing their craft
