Sr. Associate, Creative Services Designer

Job Overview

We are seeking a Sr. Associate, Marketing Communications in Creative Services to create and produce marketing, advertising, and sales promotional materials that support our marketing strategies across all functions.
Responsibilities

Evaluate and modify promotional or advertising programs based on the client brief.
Display initiative and creative problem‑solving skills to achieve client objectives.
Proficient with Macintosh OS and software including Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
Deliver excellent presentation skills for major projects or key initiatives.
Possess a high degree of color acuity.
Provide a portfolio of existing work that demonstrates design ability.
Display leadership, professionalism, collaborative work style, organization, teamwork, and communication skills.
Work independently under general direction in a fast‑paced environment, adjusting to rapidly shifting priorities to meet deadlines.
Ensure all projects are completed on schedule, within budgetary constraints, and are accurate.
Prioritize tasks independently and report changes in project status daily.
Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience (or high school +10 yrs.; Associate +6 yrs.; M.S. +0 yrs.).
Fluency in reading, writing, understanding, and communicating in English.

Preferred: BA or BFA major in Graphic Arts or Advertising Design.
