Salary:

The Center for Countering Digital Hate (CCDH) is looking for an experienced creative manager to lead the organization’s creative output. We’re a rapidly growing, international NGO leading global tech reform and accountability. Our work regularly garners coverage across major media and shapes the public conversation around digital technology and its impact on society.
As CCDH enters its next phase of growth and evolves its visual identity, you’ll play a central role in shaping how the organization looks and communicates across every platform. From the first concept through final execution, you’ll develop highly shareable graphics, video, and digital campaigns designed to compel attention and create viral moments. You’ll think strategically about how creative can break through crowded news cycles, helping our research and campaigns reach audiences far beyond our existing supporters.
The ideal candidate is excited by the challenge of helping a fast-growing organization reach even bigger audiences. This role requires strong design and video skills, alongside the ambition to push for ideas that can shape mainstream conversations. Alongside social and digital campaigns, you’ll lead the design and evolution of CCDH’s websites and digital experiences, while supporting creative across reports, fundraising, media, and events.
This position reports to the Head of Communications and Cultural Impact and works closely with colleagues across every function of the organization.
