Store Co-Manager: Lead Talent & Sales Growth

Windsor Fashions LLC is seeking a full-time Co-Manager for its El Paso, TX store. You will partner with the Store Manager to drive sales, manage payroll and expenses, and coach a team of assistants and stylists in a fast-paced fashion environment.
You’ll lead talent recruitment, onboarding, and performance coaching while ensuring excellent customer service and adherence to Windsor’s Visual Guidelines and policies.
