Kinperium‑Hiniker LLC (Hiniker) is a Minnesota based manufacturer. With roots in the agricultural equipment industry going back to 1970 and continuing today, we know how to build tough, productive, reliable equipment. Hiniker is known for sturdy cultivators, efficient shredders, and niche equipment such as the cover crop seeder and NH3 monitors.

In 1995, Hiniker branched into designing and manufacturing snow removal equipment, which is a trusted tool for many. Hiniker snow and ice equipment is built to enable the operator to work as efficiently as possible. We do this with innovative and purpose‑built designs like the Hiniker C‑Plow and the Hiniker Scoop Plow. We also manufacture a line of spreaders and skid steer plows. In 2024, we expanded our offerings with the acquisition of Daniels Plows, further strengthening our commitment to high‑quality snow removal solutions.

Hiniker products have some synergies with United Rotary Brush Corporation and will be responsible for marketing activities with both companies.

Role Description
The Marketing Manager will work with the leadership teams of both Hiniker and United Rotary Brush on the external communications and digital outreach strategies to develop and grow our brands for dealers and end-users. The Marketing Manager will combine internal development along with the utilization of outside resources to create and launch communications and promotional materials and information that enable the growth of the business.

Duties and Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership

Work with senior management to develop the communication strategy for the brands

Conduct market comparisons of competitor advertising and promotional materials

Develop communication of the value proposition of doing business with Hiniker and URB

Manage and lead the work of 3 rd party resources for website development, social media and digital communications, dealer development materials, etc.

Manage and work with 3 rd party providers to strengthen SEO and other brand building metrics

Manage and work with 3 rd party providers to capture testimonials, videos, photos from customers and dealers communicating and reinforcing the brand image

Update and maintain website with appropriate brand image and information

Develop metrics for marketing activities: website activity, lead generation, SEO, tradeshow effectivity

Develop ROI analysis for marketing spend

Work with senior management and sales to develop and implement dealer development brand building programs

Develop dealer training materials that enhance the Hiniker and URB dealer development program

Develop dealer signage, media support, local advertising that enables dealer and Hiniker/URB to build brand

Assist sales in dealer recruitment materials and qualification and training materials

Develop account based marketing strategy utilizing SEO, digital, social media, tradeshow, and outbound call and email

Maintain and update promotional materials, catalogs, flyers, brochures

Assist dealers in promotion and media campaigns that support Hiniker/URB brands

Create exceptional trade show experiences that attract customers, dealers, and OEMs to learn more about our brands

Skills and Abilities

Strategic thinker with experience building brands and dealer networks

Excellent contract, negotiation, and supplier performance management skills for 3 rd party providers

Experience managing contractors and vendors providing website and social media support

Experience creating trade show experiences: booths, media, graphics, brochures, etc that build the brand

Experience marketing with a dealer network

Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Collaborative partner who builds trust across teams.

Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving clarity.

Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in related field required. Emphasis in marketing, communications, digital strategy is preferred.

Minimum of 5+ years marketing communications management.

Background developing marketing and brand development across a dealer network

Background in manufacturing industry is preferred.
