Founding Growth & GTM Marketing Lead

Petra Labs in New York City is seeking the first dedicated growth role to own our GTM engine. You will generate enterprise leads, educate a new market, and run experiments across channels to find what converts, reporting directly to the founders.
As a seed-stage founding team member, you’ll shape strategy, own the function, and receive meaningful equity. This is an in-person role in NYC with high autonomy and direct impact.
