Store Front End Lead: Customer Experience & Training

The TJX Companies, Inc. is hiring at our Sierra store in Rochester, NY. The role leads a team at the front of the store to deliver an excellent customer experience and promote loyalty programs.
You will train Associates, manage POS coverage, and ensure compliance with labor laws. This position requires flexibility, strong merchandising knowledge, and teamwork in a fast-paced retail environment.
