Residential Program Supervisor (IDD)

Community Services Group is seeking a Program Supervisor to manage daily operations of a Lebanon County residential program. You will supervise direct support staff, coordinate schedules, and ensure safety and welfare for individuals with IDD/mental health needs.
This on-site role requires a valid driver’s license, flexibility in hours and a commitment to self-determination within the program’s guidelines. Benefits include strong training and development opportunities.
