About the Role

As a Partner Public Relations Manager, you’ll lead strategic communications that elevate CrowdStrike’s partner ecosystem – spanning public cloud providers, technology alliances, global systems integrators (GSIs), service providers, managed security service providers (MSSPs), and value-added resellers (VARs). Reporting to the Director of Partner PR, you’ll own campaign execution end-to-end, with full responsibility for planning, writing, and delivering results that align with company priorities. You’ll work closely with Global Alliances, Product Marketing, and Social teams – and collaborate with partners’ own comms leaders – to bring our "better together" stories to life across launches, reports, and key industry moments. This role demands both creative storytelling and flawless execution. You’ll operate with autonomy, lead programs confidently, and know when to pull in leadership for alignment.
Key Responsibilities

Lead the development and execution of partner PR campaigns across all partner categories – including cloud hyperscalers, technology alliances, GSIs, MSSPs, service providers, and VARs.
Drive proactive, integrated communications that highlight joint innovation, customer success, and business momentum with top partners.
Manage the full partner press release pipeline – from messaging and materials creation to cross-functional reviews and media outreach – ensuring consistency and quality across all deliverables.
Write and edit high-impact materials including press releases, media Q&A, executive talk tracks, award submissions, and thought leadership content.
Represent PR in partner go-to-market meetings, working directly with partner marketing and communications teams to identify opportunities and drive alignment.
Collaborate with CrowdStrike’s Chief Business Officer and Global Alliances leadership to craft messaging that reflects their voice and perspective with minimal revision required.
Partner with our global PR agencies to coordinate campaigns, set priorities, and ensure flawless execution across regions.
Contribute to major company events and campaigns by developing narratives that showcase CrowdStrike’s ecosystem leadership.
Qualifications

8+ years of experience leading PR or communications programs for global technology or cybersecurity companies.
Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects with minimal oversight in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Exceptional writing and editing skills – especially for press releases, media Q&A, award submissions, and executive interview prep – paired with strong editorial judgment and the ability to develop original narratives that require minimal revision.
Strong understanding of partner ecosystems, including cloud hyperscalers, GSIs, MSSPs, service providers, and VARs.
Experience managing PR agencies and coordinating high-profile, multi-company announcements.
Existing media relationships across business, technology, and cybersecurity outlets.
Confidence working with senior leaders and partner communications teams to drive alignment and deliver results.
A proactive, detail-oriented mindset and an ability to anticipate what’s needed before being asked.
Demonstrated ability to develop communications strategies and recommendations independently, balancing business priorities, partner needs, and media opportunities.
Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision‑making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency and drive business outcomes.
