Executive Producer

We are looking for an industry-leading Executive Producer to join our New York team during an exciting period of growth. You will spearhead our highest-priority projects across the US, playing a central role in our New York office leadership. We get involved in conferences, large exhibitions, CEO summits, hackathons and much more. This is a unique opportunity to shape our presence, mentor a growing team, and deliver the high-standard experiences Brandfuel is known for globally.

What You’ll Be Doing

Lead High-Profile Projects: Oversee the entire lifecycle of our most complex US projects, from concept through execution.

Drive Creative Excellence: Lead brainstorming and creative sessions to develop impactful themes and innovative, technically sound experiences that align with client goals.

Client & Financial Strategy: Manage client relationships and project financials, ensuring profitability, effective budgeting, and strategic alignment.

Team Leadership: Mentor and manage direct reports, foster a collaborative culture, and oversee freelance resources.

What We Need From You

Experience: 10–15 years in a leading role within the events or experiential agency sector.

Leadership: Proven ability to manage 20+ member teams and line‑manage staff.

Production Mastery: Comprehensive knowledge of the end-to-end production lifecycle, from pitch to reconciliation.

Market Knowledge: Strong network of US-based freelancers and vendors.

Technical Agility: Proficiency in modern event tech (including AI tools) and project management tools (e.g., Procim).

Compliance & Sustainability: Commitment to health, safety, and sustainable event delivery practices.

Must be eligible to work in the United States.

Ability to work from our New York office 3 days per week.
