Marketing Coordinator

Working alongside the amazing team at The Quail, we are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support ourSales & Marketing Department.

Key Accountabilities

Conceive, create, and mange social media initiatives in collaboration with internal departments’ cross‑functional teams (hotel, food and beverage, signature events, golf, membership, etc.) and external partners.

Update website content and visual assets to ensure accuracy and maintain brand reputation. Work with third party vendors to complete back‑end updates (such as SEO/SEM) as necessary.

Manage online social networking and business listing sites (such as Yelp, Google Business, TripAdvisor, Bing, etc.) to ensure accuracy and maintain brand reputation.

Assist with logistic coordination of marketing initiatives, such as photography shot lists, videography shot lists, creative briefs, media alerts, and more.

Assist in creating marketing collateral, developing marketing communications, and executing marketing campaigns (print, digital, social media, EDM, and more).

Experience in graphic arts, design work, copywriting, and/or photography with knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.) preferred.

Support the Director of Sales and Marketing and Marketing Manager, as needed, to achieve set marketing objectives.

General Requirements

Minimum of 1-year experience in anadministrative role

Ability to efficiently handle multiple duties under pressure with minimal supervision

Some College or post‑secondary education preferred
