On-Site HOA Community Manager: Leader, Budgets & Engagement

Find Great People | FGP is seeking an experienced HOA Community Association Manager to oversee a portfolio of HOAs from our Simpsonville, SC office. The role emphasizes operations, budgeting, and resident relations, with regular interaction with boards and vendors.
You will coordinate ARB processes, prepare board reports, and attend meetings, including occasional after-hours sessions. CMCA/AMS certifications are preferred but not required.
