The Associate Product Marketing Manager, Surgical, supports the development and execution of strategies and tactical plans for the Surgical portfolio, aligning with the broader short‑ and long‑term U.S. marketing strategy. This role collaborates with cross‑functional teams to ensure initiatives support the product/brand promise and comply with internal processes and regulatory requirements.
What you'll be doing

Develop expertise in processes, products, and business to serve as an advisor and key support for internal cross‑functional teams and sales channels.
Support analysis of product/brand performance, market trends, competition, customer and channel partner dynamics.
Assist in defining, analyzing, and refining product/brand content and tactical plans.
Support development of business objectives and product/brand strategies aligned with overall business goals.
Partner with Product Managers and cross‑functional teams to create portfolio and product‑level content, including messaging, value propositions, and talk tracks.
Contribute to product launch plans, surgeon development, positioning, pricing, forecasting, budgeting, training, campaigns, and content development.
Create engaging marketing solutions, programs, and tools such as presentations, educational materials, trade‑show content, digital assets, and campaigns.
Manage and own content routing through internal review processes and systems.
Partner with medical education, clinical affairs, and professional affairs to support education programs, VOC initiatives, and clinical data generation.
Support on‑site medical education, sales training, conferences, customer engagements, and other events.
Take ownership of and manage third‑party vendor activities from concept to execution, ensuring quality delivery of contracted services.
Act with integrity and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
Minimum of 2years of marketing experience in medical device companies.
Experience in surgical, spine, or orthopaedic markets is preferred.
Ability and desire to work in an entrepreneurial environment with moderate supervision.
Strong communication skills: persuasive, engaging, and clinically credible presenter to internal and external audiences.
Organized, process‑driven, with strong project‑management skills.
Strong leadership attributes: optimistic, accountable, self‑aware, self‑motivated, and strategic.
