Department Leader: Develop Talent & Optimize Operations

The Home Depot is seeking a Department Supervisor to lead, train and coach associates across store departments, ensuring customers receive excellent service and can easily find the merchandise they need. You will develop team members and model strong product knowledge.
You will contribute input into operational and merchandising decisions to the Store Management Team and Operations Team, collaborating across departments such as Building Materials, Hardware, and Garden.
