Midtown Athletic Club in Chicago is seeking a Studio Manager to lead our signature studio programs and elevate the member experience. You will manage a diverse team of instructors, develop training, and oversee the studio schedule and operations.
Collaborating with Personal Training, Pilates, and Group Fitness leaders, you will drive participation, build community, monitor trends, and ensure a premium studio environment while delivering exceptional service to members.
