The Marketing Advisor is responsible for business marketing advisory and consulting of 12-15 Cardone Ventures’ clients and the regular review and monitoring of their sales & marketing activities and data. As “fractional CMO/CRO” for the client, they will prepare metrics reports, generate marketing budgets and campaign plans, and leverage their sales and marketing experience to guide client revenue maximization through each step of their unique customer engagement models. The Marketing Advisor will also investigate ways to improve profitability through proactive management of CPL/CPA and analyze markets for business opportunities such as expansion, partnership, or diversification to increase flow, conversion, and retention.

OBJECTIVES
Develop annual budgets and implement comprehensive marketing plans to drive increased flow, conversion and retention to enhance brand visibility, customer engagement and overall revenue targets.
Guide and advise on the implementation of foundational marketing components, such as customer personas, the brand house, and customer journeys
Utilize analytical insights to optimize B2C and B2B campaigns, refine target audience segmentation, and maximize the overall effectiveness of marketing efforts
Implement, optimize, and hold clients accountable to tracking of quantifiable marketing KPIs and metrics to measure and improve results
Provide guidance and expertise in analyzing and interpreting performance data to determine campaign success
Provide coaching and mentorship to support the growth and development of the clients’ marketing teams
Advise clients on marketing best practices across digital, social and traditional media channels, including creative agency evaluation and selection
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including Operations and Finance to develop coordinated plans for clients
COMPETENCIES
Experience developing integrated marketing campaigns encompassing digital and traditional marketing tactics aligned to the client’s budget
Possess sufficient financial acumen to develop complex marketing budgets, analyze and interpret complex data, and create insights that inform key business decisions for the client
Able to advise clients on how to optimize and leverage CRM software, such as HubSpot, to increase lead conversion and customer retention
Advanced understanding of relevant digital marketing platforms
Expertise with, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and Facebook Ads Manager
Consultative nature, with ability to articulate high-level insights from complex data sets and highlight opportunities and risks
Deep understanding of analytics & data reporting platforms
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related area of study, or equivalent work experience
At least 6-8 years’ experience in marketing, sales, and management, preferably in a consulting capacity
