Lean-Led Production Supervisor, Liquids (1st Shift)

Synergy Flavors, Inc. is seeking a Production Supervisor – Liquids, 1st shift, to lead a team on the Wauconda, Illinois site.
You will plan work flow, assign labor, and drive continuous improvement using LEAN manufacturing principles while meeting customer orders and safety standards. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 3 years of production experience, preferably in food manufacturing, with strong teamwork and communication skills.
