Regional Cardiovascular Sales Director

Syneos Health seeks an Area Business Director to lead a newly established team promoting a cardiovascular product in critical care. Reporting to the National Project Director, you will hire and manage IAMs and SBDs to drive strategic coverage in assigned regions.
You will recruit, train, and guide field teams on product knowledge, contracting, market conditions, and brand execution, while designing business plans to meet commercial objectives and ensure ROI. Significant travel is required.
