Sales Representative - Life Sciences (USA)
This position can be located in Minneapolis, Boston or San Francisco and will be a Contract-to-Hire role

Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to support the commercialization and market expansion of an innovative life science product line in the United States. The ideal candidate will have experience in biotechnology, pharmaceutical, cell-processing, or related life science industries and be comfortable working in a global environment with U.S. and Japan-based teams.

Primary target regions:

Minneapolis-St. Paul, Minnesota

Boston, Massachusetts

San Francisco Bay Area, California

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with biotechnology, pharmaceutical, cell therapy, Cell & Gene Therapy, and life science customers

Identify and qualify new business opportunities for products and services

Conduct customer meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations

Develop relationships with 20-30 target accounts annually

Conduct 10-15 customer outreach activities per month

Schedule and complete 4-8 customer meetings per month

Required Qualifications

3-7 years of experience in life science, biotechnology, pharmaceutical, cell processing, cell therapy, or related industries

Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biology, Biotechnology, Business, or a related field preferred

Preferred Qualifications

Experience selling products or services related to cell processing, cell therapy, Cell & Gene Therapy, laboratory equipment, reagents, or bioprocessing

Existing network within biotech, pharmaceutical, CDMO, or academic research organizations
