Senior Relationship Manager (OG-II)
Reporting to:

Team Leader

Educational Qualification:

Minimum Graduation (local or international university) recognized by HEC.

Experience:

Minimum 2 years sales experience in financial institutions; preference for deposit mobilization experience.

Key Skills:

Sales management, strong interpersonal and communication skills, proficiency in Windows & MS Office, dynamic geographical knowledge of the posting area.

Main Responsibilities:

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for account opening and deposit growth.

Cross‑sell bank products (consumer assets & insurance).

Manage and grow customer portfolios.

Ensure strict compliance with banking laws and procedures.

Relationship Manager (OG-III)
Reporting to:

Team Leader

Educational Qualification:

Minimum Graduation (HEC‑recognized).

Experience:

Minimum 1 year banking sales experience in financial products.

Key Skills:

Goal‑oriented mindset, strong oral/written communication, excellent relationship‑building, adaptability to field‑based sales.

Main Responsibilities:

Direct outdoor/field marketing to meet assigned sales and deposit mobilization targets.

Handle customer queries amicably.

Manage liability portfolios.

Ensure adherence to the bank’s operational policies and Service Delivery Procedures (SDPs).

Terms & Conditions

Contractual employment for 3 years, renewable at Bank’s discretion.
