Job Summary
WNEM, a Gray Television station, is recruiting a Promotion Producer. The successful candidate will write, produce, direct, film, edit, and creatively execute news promos, commercials, station campaigns, and marketing projects. Strong writing and production skills are required. The role demands proficiency with non-linear editing tools, videography, cinematography, lighting, and sound equipment.

The Promotion Producer will work with the Creative Services Director through the process of concepting, executing, and delivering promotions and commercials, graphic elements, behind-the-scenes promotions and vignettes, and a wide variety of on‑air and digital deliverables. The position interacts with external and internal customers, including clients, media executives, and the news department. The producer must comprehend creative storytelling, visual design, music selection, file compression, codecs, bitrate, audio balancing, and file organization.

Qualifications & Requirements

Must have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to always interact professionally with internal and external customers.

Must have a valid driver’s license with a clear motor vehicle record.
