Marketing Coordinator

Wold Architects and Engineers seeks a motivated person with strong problem solving, editing, and design abilities to work within our Marketing Team. This collaborative position involves implementing our brand identity through strategic, client-focused publications and promotional materials and support of new business growth and current client retention.
The Marketing Coordinator will: Collaborate with firm Partners on development and production of proposals and other marketing materials
Create and maintain marketing materials, data information systems, tracking systems and records
Coordinate tradeshow events and design collateral
Provide editing and writing support for marketing materials
Perform research on prospective clients, market sectors, and market trends
Plan and implement marketing initiatives to drive firm success
Update website information
Opportunities to take marketing photos
