Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and creative communications professional to support design and execution across our corporate digital communications ecosystem. This role will help bring content to life across channels through creative design support, editorial planning, digital asset management, and channel operations.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing

creative execution, content operations, and process management

in a fast-paced environment. The position partners closely with communications and digital leaders but is primarily focused on execution and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
Design & Creative Support (Approximately 50%)

Design and develop visual communication materials including:

Presentation slides

Social media graphics

Posters and internal communication visuals

Supporting campaign creative assets

Ensure assets align with brand standards and visual guidelines

Translate messaging into engaging visual content

Support creative production and formatting needs across communications initiatives

Videography experience is not required; however, familiarity with video content creation or production workflows is a plus.

Editorial Planning & Content Operations

Manage content calendars and publishing schedules across corporate communication channels

Coordinate content posting and publishing workflows

Assist with publishing, maintenance, and channel execution needs

Asset Management

Manage and maintain digital asset libraries, including photography and graphics archives within Canto

Ensure teams have access to approved and current assets

Support organization and governance of digital content repositories

Total Rewards

Salary range: $ 62,500 - $79,970

Actual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills, and other factors

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Digital Media, Graphic Design, Public Relations, or a related field.

2–4 years of experience in digital communications, content creation, social media, marketing, corporate communications, or a related creative role.

Demonstrated ability to create engaging visual and written content across multiple formats, including presentations, social graphics, posters, and digital communications.

Strong design skills and proficiency with PowerPoint and creative tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms.

Experience translating complex information into clear, compelling, and visually engaging content.

Familiarity with content planning, editorial calendars, and publishing workflows.

Experience managing digital assets and content libraries, preferably within a platform such as Canto.

Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain brand consistency across content and channels.

Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.

Videography experience is not required; familiarity with video production workflows is beneficial.
