As a Marketing Liaison, you will be responsible for promoting our community and services to potential residents, families, and referral sources. Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote our community and services to potential residents, families, and referral sources

Create and maintain marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, social media content, and website updates

Build and maintain relationships with referral sources, including physicians, discharge planners, and social workers

Conduct community outreach and engagement activities, including events, tours, and presentations

Monitor and report on marketing metrics, including website traffic, social media engagement, and lead generation

Collaborate with the executive team to develop and implement marketing initiatives that support business growth and expansion

Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in marketing and senior living

Requirements

0-2 years of experience in marketing or a related field

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms
