To support the Veterans Health Administration's educational initiatives, the full-time remote Scriptwriter for Educational Videos will research, develop, and write engaging scripts for animated videos that communicate evidence-based information about trauma and PTSD to diverse audiences.
Key Responsibilities
Research, write, and revise scripts for animated educational videos on trauma and PTSD
Translate scientific literature and clinical protocols into clear, engaging scripts using plain language
Collaborate with SMEs, clinicians, and production teams to ensure accuracy and effectiveness of scripts
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Creative Writing, Media Studies, Public Health, or a related discipline
Minimum of three (3) years of experience writing scripts or educational content
Demonstrated experience producing scripts for video, animation, or multimedia educational products
