Remote Customer Experience Specialist

Remote Raven, a Denver-based direct-to-consumer specialty food marketplace, seeks a dedicated customer support lead to own the day-to-day interactions. You’ll be the first contact for questions, order issues, and account needs, resolving what you can and escalating when needed.
You’ll work primarily in Gorgias and Shopify, guided by a detailed SOP and an AI assistant to speed up resolution. Success early means fast, accurate ticket responses, clean order edits in Shopify, and clear escalation
