Responsibilities

Coordinate the admission process for new patients, ensuring a smooth transition from referral to admission

Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote our healthcare services and enhance our online presence

Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for our website, social media, and other marketing materials

Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform marketing decisions and stay ahead of the competition

Build and maintain relationships with referral sources, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to drive admissions and growth

Utilize data analysis to track admissions, marketing efforts, and patient outcomes, making recommendations for improvement

Admission and Marketing Coordinator will also assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling, filing, and data entry

Requirements

2 years of experience in admission, marketing, or a related field (Entry-level candidates encouraged to apply)

Admission and Marketing Coordinator must have excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Familiarity with Microsoft Office and marketing software (training provided for the right candidate)
