Remote Partnerships Manager, Healthcare Solutions

Aeroflow Health’s Canopie unit is seeking a Manager, Partnerships to own day-to-day partner relationships with health plan and program partners. This remote role with occasional travel in the United States requires you to keep programs performing, communicate impact, and coordinate across product, clinical, and analytics teams.
