Athlete-Driven Operations Leader

Fanatics Retail Group Fulfillment, LLC is seeking an Operations Manager to lead a team of 3–10 Supervisors and 50–350 athletes in Las Vegas. You will direct multiple sub-departments, inspire performance through mentorship, and report to the Sr. Manager of Operations.
In this fast-paced role you will drive service levels within budget, optimize staffing and processes, and develop supervisors into stronger leaders while maintaining a culture of ownership and customer focus.
