Supply Chain Business Analyst - 6 Months+ B2B Contract - Remote - Europe

RED now has a new contract opportunity for a Supply Chain Business Analyst to join one of our key partners for a new large-scale ERP transformation from Microsoft Dynamics AX to SAP S/4HANA.
The initial contract will be for 6 months.
This contract is to start ASAP and will be remote.
This is a B2B (freelance) Contract.
Qualifications

3+ years of Business Analyst experience in Data & Analytics with strong exposure to Supply Chain domains
Experience working with ERP systems (preferably Dynamics AX and/or SAP ECC / SAP S/4HANA), especially in supply chain modules
Hands‑on experience in ERP transformation or migration programs, including data migration, process redesign, or system integration
Strong skills in requirements gathering, process modelling (as‑is / to‑be), and solution design within Data & Analytics environments
Experience with data visualisation tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and familiarity with data concepts such as data models, ETL processes, and data quality
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across business, IT, and transformation teams
Experience in global operations, retail, or distribution environments
Strong understanding of Agile frameworks and methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe or similar), with hands‑on participation in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand‑ups, reviews, and retrospectives
Strong hands‑on experience using Jira for requirements management, backlog grooming, user story creation, sprint tracking, and collaboration with delivery teams
