Field Marketing Lead - Defense & Tech Events

Overland AI is seeking a Field Marketing Manager to join our Communications & Marketing team and build the field marketing motion from the ground up. This role owns the external event presence, from trade shows to private demonstrations, ensuring alignment with end-user personas and pipeline objectives.
You will drive end-to-end event strategy, planning, and execution, collaborate with Business Development and leadership, and build scalable processes to track ROI and impact as the company grows.
