About Salesforce

Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn’t a buzzword — it’s a way of life.
About the Team

The Equality and Engagement team within Employee Success (HR) works to build industry‑leading talent experiences, create equal opportunities for all, drive innovation, and bring everyone along in the future of Agentforce. Within this team, the Equality and Engagement Communications function deepens trust, engagement, inspiration, and innovation for our employees, customers, candidates, and communities by embedding our values in all that we do.
About the Role

Salesforce is looking for a talented and versatile designer to join our Equality and Engagement team. This role is for someone who enjoys turning complex ideas into clear, visually compelling narratives and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to create content that communicates impact and drives engagement. You will work on exciting customer‑facing events – Dreamforce, Davos, etc. – as well as Board Presentations, major internal events including Company Kickoff and Townhalls/All Team Calls, and other first- and third‑party events. You'll adapt from the master brand and create original design work, moving fluidly between ideation and production depending on what the project needs. You can zoom out to think strategically while staying hands‑on with day‑to‑day execution. You possess a keen eye for both design and copy, with a strong digital background and exceptional conceptual skills. You will also play a key role in leveraging AI to accelerate content creation, scale storytelling, and enable others to self‑serve high‑quality materials. You're a clear communicator, comfortable presenting work and fielding feedback directly from stakeholders and partners.
Primary Responsibilities

Serve as a design partner for Equality and Engagement teams
Lead design and style guide for team presentations, executive briefings, leadership engagements, events, social media assets, and employee communications
Design visually engaging presentations by collaborating with stakeholders across Salesforce
Conceptualize and create visually appealing slide layouts, graphics, and animations utilizing Salesforce’s Brand Guidelines
Implement design principles, typography, and color theory to enhance the overall aesthetic appeal and readability of presentations
Translate complex ideas into clear, visually compelling slides that support strong storytelling
Ensure presentations meet Salesforce brand and design standards
Leverage AI tools to accelerate slide creation and iteration, generate first drafts of content and visuals, and improve efficiency in formatting, versioning, and updates
Maintain a high bar for visual clarity, narrative flow, and presentation quality across Equality and Engagement materials
Ensure storytelling frameworks and presentation templates are applied consistently and evolve templates to be more scalable and easier to use
Work with program leaders and subject matter experts to shape clear story arcs for presentations and refine messaging for broader audiences
Interpret and visualize data effectively: translate complex data sets and statistics into clear visual representations, selecting appropriate chart types, graphs, and infographics, ensuring accuracy and clarity while adhering to best practices
Use AI to synthesize inputs from multiple stakeholders, identify patterns, themes, and stronger narrative structures, and rapidly test and iterate on messaging approaches
We Are Excited About You

You’re a strong designer who is also a reliable executor — you can dream it and deliver it.
You’re client‑facing ready: clear, confident, and collaborative in every stakeholder interaction.
You move fast without cutting corners, and you raise the quality of everything you touch.
You are the kind of person who shows up with a solutions mindset.
Experience and Skills

5+ years in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field.
Proven experience in presentation design or graphic design roles.
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), presentation programs, Google Slides, Keynote, and social/digital design tools like CapCut and After Effects.
Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
