Motion Graphics Designer

Univision is seeking a talented motion graphic designer based in Miami, proficient in Photoshop and After Effects, detail-oriented, and strong communication skills. This individual will be a major contributor to the News Dailies and Projects, collaborating closely with producers, directors, and graphics designers to produce high-quality motion graphics. The role requires a team-player mindset, a focus on quality and timeliness, and the ability to work well under pressure and in fast‑paced environments.
Responsibilities

Service the needs for News Dailies and Projects as assigned.
Ensure projects are completed with high quality and delivered on schedule.
Effectively communicate concepts and ideas to the manager and production team.
Collaborate with team members, working closely with producers, directors, and graphics designers to incorporate design assets into motion graphics.
Manage multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions.
Be flexible on schedule, willing to work nights, weekends, holidays, and report for duty on breaking news coverage.
Qualifications

Minimum 2+ years of professional experience in motion graphic design.
Expert proficiency using industry software applications: Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Cinema 4D.
Good time management skills with the ability to organize, prioritize, and complete tasks in a timely manner.
Detail oriented with a strong eye for design in fast‑paced, tight‑deadline environments.
Creative problem solver with a positive attitude.
Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills.
Compelling portfolio of work across a wide range of creative projects.
Comfortable working with multiple key stakeholders in a fast‑paced environment.
Willingness to take feedback and criticism to improve skills.
Fluent in Spanish (read and write).
