About This Position
The Coordinator, Marketing reports to the Senior Manager, Brand Marketing and supports the planning, execution, optimization, and reporting for both brand‑driven and audience‑driven campaigns. Success requires strong organizational and project management skills, the ability to coordinate cross‑functional workstreams, and ensure initiatives are delivered on time and within budget. The Coordinator works with the Senior Director, Marketing and has no direct reports.
Location: Hybrid position at the 8th Avenue ASPCA office with occasional commuting and up to 10% annual travel.
Compensation
Target hiring range: $27.41 – $28.85 per hour.

Responsibilities
Integrated Planning and Campaign Support: work with stakeholders across Communications and Development to develop and execute integrated campaigns that engage key audiences, compile campaign assets and messaging, coordinate external partners, and analyze performance data.
Project Management: use internal project management tools to track mandates, schedule meetings, keep documentation, report progress, and serve as a contact for inbound vendor requests.
Campaign Invoicing, Tracking, and Reporting: administer vendor invoicing, manage budget tracking, collaborate with analytics leads, monitor KPIs, and produce performance reports.
Qualifications
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly organize and share information.
Foundational knowledge of marketing principles and tactics used to build awareness and engage audiences.
Excellent self‑management, detail orientation, proactive mindset, and reliability in supporting designated tasks.
Must be proficient in data analysis and performance reporting in a marketing or nonprofit environment.
Must know how to model and support ASPCA’s core values.
Minimum of one year of experience in marketing or communications, with integrated marketing or paid media planning preferred.
Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana, AirTable, ClickUp, etc. is a plus.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Language requirement: English (required).
