Description We are seeking a Senior Account Manager to join as part of the local client team for one of adm Indicia’s largest global accounts, a long‑term partnership that has recently entered a new phase of strategic growth. As the day‑to‑day operational lead in the market, the Senior Account Manager plays a vital role in delivering excellence, fostering trust, and helping the team unlock further value upstream.
This person will collaborate closely with the Group Account Director, Operational Team Lead and regional leads across performance, operations, and sourcing.
The Senior Account Manager plays a key role in ensuring the successful planning, coordination, and delivery of client projects throughout the entire marketing production lifecycle. They serve as a primary day‑to‑day contact for client stakeholders and internal teams, maintaining a strong focus on quality, timeliness, and impact.
With a comprehensive understanding of the end‑to‑end print / POSM production and Premiums delivery process — from brief to execution, the SAM ensures consistency, collaborative momentum, and ongoing improvement.
This is a hybrid role with 1 day per week in our Warsaw office.
Key Responsibilities Own and oversee daily project management from briefing through to delivery, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and control throughout the process.
Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders, acting as a trusted and solutions‑focused partner.
Collaborate closely with creative, performance, and production teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery of projects.
Contribute to strategic scoping and briefing sessions, helping shape solutions that meet brand, shopper, and procurement objectives.
Ensure quality control standards are maintained and all deliverables meet brand, budget, and timeline requirements.
Support internal project reviews and retrospectives to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and best practice sharing.
Drive consistent documentation, project tracking, and reporting to keep teams and stakeholders informed and aligned.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Minimum 6 years’ experience in client services, marketing, print/POSM and/or Premiums production, or retail campaign delivery — ideally in an agency environment
Proven track record managing complex, multi‑stakeholder projects in fast‑paced environments
Excellent project management, timekeeping, and organisational skills
Strong communicator and confident relationship builder at all levels, who can manage multiple stakeholders and priorities
Good commercial awareness and attention to budget control
Able to proactively identify risks and recommend solutions
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and able to course‑correct when needed
Understanding of shopper marketing and/or retail activation is a plus
