Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Production Technician to join a manufacturing team responsible for operating, monitoring, and troubleshooting production equipment. This position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to maintaining quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate will possess a positive attitude, strong attendance, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Responsibilities
Perform all tasks associated with production equipment safely and efficiently
Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and conformity of finished products
Regulate machine flow, speed, and temperature as needed
Stop, reset, and troubleshoot equipment when malfunctions occur
Identify and report deviations from standard operating parameters
Work with team members to determine root causes and resolve production issues
Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and all company safety procedures
Complete required production paperwork accurately and in a timely manner
Maintain production quality and efficiency goals
Work collaboratively in a team environment with a spirit of cooperation
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Basic written communication skills
Basic computer skills
Basic math skills
Manufacturing experience preferred
Food and beverage manufacturing experience is a plus
Knowledge of sanitation, GMP, and allergen handling processes is a plus
Experience completing production paperwork is preferred
Excellent attendance and punctuality
Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Work Schedule

Rotating 2-2-3 schedule with every other weekend off.
