QAEngineerforBroadcastSystems(m/f/x)
As a QA Engineer for Broadcast Systems, you will work at the intersection of Audio, Video,and Control R&D, ensuring that Lawo’s professional broadcast solutions deliver highestreliability and performance. You will design, execute and automate tests for hardware,firmware and software components used in mission-critical broadcast environmentsworldwide.
Create test plans and test cases, execute hardware, firmware and software tests,monitor progress and create test reports and documentation
Create and maintain test tools, test environments and test systems forautomated, hybrid and manual tests
Collaborate closely with R&D from feature concept through product release
Conduct integration, regression and system tests; define acceptance criteria
Analyze customer-reported issues and reproduce them efficiently
Support continuous improvement of QA processes, tools and documentation
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or relevantexperience
Strong technical expertise with focus on broadcast applications, experience withLawo products is a plus
Experience with broadcast standards (ST2110, AES67, RAVENNA) is a strong plus
Strong knowledge of test methods and R&D related tools (Jira, Confluence, MS365, etc.) and best practices, ISTQB certificate is a plus
Knowledge of script languages for test control and configuration
Operating system experience with MS Windows, MacOS and Linux (CLI)
Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with peers and productand process stakeholders, English is required, German is a plus
