Remote OSP Fiber Construction Manager

Lumos Fiber seeks a Manager – OSP Construction for a full-time, hybrid role based in Eagle Pass, TX. The ideal candidate will lead external plant fiber builds, coordinate crews and contractors, and partner with local authorities to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
Requirements include 10+ years in OSP/fiber, 2–5 years leading teams, strong project management, and a valid driver’s license. Telecom/ fiber experience is essential; bachelor's degree preferred.
