Dispensary Sales & Customer Experience Lead

The Flowery is seeking a customer-focused retail associate for our dispensary. You will greet customers, answer questions, and help create orders while maintaining patient confidentiality and accuracy at the POS.
Responsibilities include opening/closing duties, educating customers on products, processing payments, and supporting marketing initiatives. Prior cannabis retail experience is preferred and a positive attitude is essential.
