Senior HR Leader & Talent Strategy Partner

ReGen Monterey is seeking a Senior Human Resources Officer to lead HR strategy, policy, and operations for a growing public agency. You will advise senior leadership on labor relations, compensation, performance management, and employee development while ensuring compliance and quality service.
The role manages staffing, investigations, onboarding/offboarding, and HR analytics, mentoring the HR team, and representing the organization in labor matters with regulators, attorneys, and insurers.
