As a

Storytelling Expert , you will work closely with customers through interviews, conversations, and collaborative discovery, while leveraging our

HMIP (Holistic Memoir Intelligence Platform)

to analyze personal and organizational archives. Together with

AI + Holistic ComputationTM + Human Experts , you will create engaging, insightful, and authentic stories tailored to each customer's goals—whether for memoirs, personal branding, organizational storytelling, education, leadership development, or knowledge preservation.

You will also collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to transform these stories into high-quality products delivered in a variety of formats, including books, digital publications, presentations, videos, and other multimedia experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct interviews and discovery sessions with individuals and organizational clients to understand their experiences, goals, and stories.

Review and analyze personal and organizational archives, including documents, photographs, videos, correspondence, and other historical materials.

Work collaboratively with customers to identify important themes, milestones, lessons learned, and unique perspectives.

Utilize AI-assisted analysis and insights generated through the HMIP platform to support story development and knowledge discovery.

Create compelling narratives that accurately reflect each customer's experiences, objectives, and intended audience.

Develop storytelling products for a variety of purposes, including memoirs, personal branding, organizational history, education, leadership communication, marketing, and legacy preservation.

Collaborate with editors, designers, video producers, and other experts to deliver polished products in multiple formats, including books, presentations, websites, videos, and digital media.

Revise and refine content based on customer feedback while maintaining high standards of quality, authenticity, and professionalism.

Maintain strict confidentiality and ethical standards when working with sensitive personal and organizational information.

Contribute ideas to improve storytelling methodologies, AI‑assisted workflows, and the continuous evolution of the HMIP platform.

Qualifications

Excellent interviewing, listening, and communication skills.

Strong writing, editing, and storytelling abilities with the capacity to organize complex information into clear and engaging narratives.

Experience in one or more of the following areas:

Memoir, biography, or non‑fiction writing

Journalism or editorial work

Consulting or executive interviewing

Organizational communications

Corporate storytelling or branding

Historical or archival research

Documentary, multimedia, or educational content development

Experience managing projects from concept through final delivery.

Familiarity with book publishing, presentation development, video production, or digital content creation is highly desirable.

Comfortable working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and clients from diverse backgrounds.

Experience using AI tools for writing, research, content creation, or knowledge discovery is preferred.

A bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience is preferred.
