Head of Product — Fashion & Lifestyle Brand (Austin, Onsite)

The People Brand in Austin, TX (onsite) seeks a Head of Product to lead the end-to-end product organization and partner directly with the founders to shape the brand’s future. This role reports to the founders and drives product strategy across multiple functions.
You will own strategy from concept through commercialization, lead Merchandising, Design, Product Development, and collaborate with global manufacturing partners to scale the business in a fast-paced, founder-led environment.
