Video Field Support Specialist VTC & End-User Expert

FLASH Technology Group in Columbia, MD seeks a VIDEO Field Support Specialist to install, operate and troubleshoot end-user devices and VTC systems at customer sites. TS/SCI with active polygraph is required; US citizenship and IAT1 are expected.
You will remote-support end users when needed and coordinate with security/compliance teams. Responsibilities include repairing devices, configuring software, and maintaining devices across locations.
