JOB SUMMARY
The Talent Manager for Employee Relations serves as a strategic partner and subject‑matter expert in fostering a high‑performing, engaged, and inclusive workplace. This role oversees key employee relations programs and leads initiatives that support organizational culture, employee well‑being, and effective labor‑management relationships. The Talent Manager provides guidance to leaders and employees, ensures consistent application of policies, and manages assigned workforce programs with a focus on fairness, transparency, and continuous improvement.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelor’s degree in human resource management, business or public administration, or related field with at least five (5) years of human resource management experience, program administration, and/or managerial capacity; or any such combination of education, experience, and training as may be acceptable to the hiring authority. Experience in specific position description areas; i.e., labor relations and/or employment, is desirable.
