We're looking for a proven Used Car Manager who knows how to drive inventory turn, maximize gross, and lead a high‑performing team. If you can create urgency, accountability, and consistent results, this is your opportunity.

What You'll Do

Own the used car operation-inventory, pricing, and performance

Drive inventory turn and profitability

Manage reconditioning speed and cost

Oversee online merchandising and marketing

Desk deals, close customers, and coach your team

Recruit, train, and develop top-producing sales consultants

Track and manage KPIs (units, gross, turn, closing ratio)

What We're Looking For

3+ years Used Car Management experience

Strong track record of turn + gross performance

Hands‑on leader who can desk and close deals

Experience with inventory acquisition & pricing tools

Ability to drive urgency and hold a team accountable

Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
