Hybrid Engagement & Storytelling Manager

Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Carolinas (BBBSCC) seeks a strategic Communications & Engagement Manager to lead storytelling, engagement strategies, and donor communications that inspire volunteers, strengthen partnerships, and raise community awareness.
Reporting to the Vice President of Development, this role designs communications that move people from awareness to action and collaborates across the organization to grow philanthropic investment and volunteer engagement.
