Assistant Brand Manager

Assistant Brand Manager – Marketing Full‑time position based in Chelsea, MA (hybrid). Salary: $44,000/year.
Client is a brand built for everyone and we're looking for someone eager to help bring it to life. As an Assistant Brand Manager on the Growth Marketing team, you'll be the operational engine behind the brand's daily marketing coordination across creative, agencies, e‑commerce, sales, and customer service.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency.
Assist with campaign coordination and help strengthen brand communications.
Support the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing programs to drive brand growth.
Lead insight‑driven execution across social and other channels.
Manage day‑to‑day marketing coordination across creative, agencies, e‑commerce, sales, and customer service.
Support the Brand Director in the development of the annual business strategy and marketing communications.
Qualifications: Detail‑oriented, motivated, and experienced in brand marketing. Experience in digital marketing and campaign management is a plus.
