Responsibilities
As for the role itself, the Junior Manager is a foundational, growth position. There are basic administrative and project management duties, as well as client and buyer communications, but the real opportunity (and expectation) is that you can hit the ground running and begin identifying and signing new talent and developing your own roster.
The goal is to become an exceptional talent manager. To make a name for yourself.
